2º Upon receipt of the package/s, you must check their status. If you see any anomaly, make it appear on the receipt of the carrier before signing. If the product has no visible defects in the packaging but is in poor condition due to transport (bumps, cracks, dents, etc.), you must call us, (+34 666 84 45 74), or by email to (jessicamasropainfantil @gmail. com), informing us of what happened, in less than 24 hours from receipt, we will quickly give you a solution. After these 24 hours, no claims for physical defects will be accepted. In any case, if you have detected any anomaly, you must remove the product from its original packaging.

3º If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help you! We offer exchanges or returns within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product or a refund of the original payment method without shipping.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Below are some examples:

Returned items must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or breakage.
